This policy explains what personal data 13k.eu processes when you visit the site, why, and what rights you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Who is responsible

What we process and why

Visiting the site

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure: IP address, browser type, requested page and time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept for the short period set by the provider.

Calculators

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored on our servers.

Contacting us

If you email us or use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to reply. Legal basis: taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). When the form is used, messages are delivered through our email provider (Resend). We keep the conversation only as long as needed to handle your request, and then delete it unless we need it to defend a legal claim.

Analytics (only with your consent)

Status: not active. We do not use analytics cookies at the moment.

If active, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) measures which pages and tools are used, through cookies set only after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. We do not send names, emails or other directly identifying data to Google Analytics.

Advertising (only if enabled)

Status: not active. We do not show ads at the moment.

If active, Google AdSense shows ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message asks for your choices before personalized ads or advertising cookies are used.

Who receives data

Our service providers acting on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) when the contact form is used, and Google for analytics or advertising only when active and allowed by your choices. Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards they offer, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to [Pending: contact email]. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the supervisory authority where you live.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
